Air Peace is Nigeria’s largest privately owned airline, established in 2013 and headquartered in Lagos. With over a decade of operations, Air Peace has built a strong reputation for safety, reliability, and regional connectivity. The airline operates an extensive network of domestic, regional, and international routes, connecting over 20 cities across Nigeria and beyond. Air Peace is IOSA-certified and a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), reflecting its commitment to global safety and operational standards.

Despite its strong growth, Air Peace was held back by a fragmented data environment. Data across critical systems such as CRM and ERP for crew scheduling, and operations were all in silos. This created inefficiencies, delayed reporting, lack of visibility and increased operational costs.

We deployed a comprehensive analytics solution with hybrid architecture that supports both structured and semi-structured data for real-time insights. Azure Data Factory was used to enable real-time data integration and automation, while Delta Lake provided a unified storage layer. Power BI dashboards delivered actionable insights, and Microsoft Purview ensured robust data governance and compliance. We also leveraged Event Hubs and Data Lake to ingest and manage large-scale operational data streams. The integration spanned multiple systems, including customer feedback platforms, flight bookings, maintenance, and financial systems.
